Retreat Highlights:
Monday- Thursday is time to immerse yourself in a daily practice of meditation, Reiki, and yoga to restore your inner balance, release stress, and cultivate self-healing.
Nourish your body with delectable daily lunches (provided in cost), and a local, farm-to-table welcome dinner on the 12th.(optional) Learn Chef Diana’s Michelin-starred secrets to take your culinary skills and wellness to the next level.
Explore the natural wonders of Maui through excursions, connecting with the healing energy of the island and Pacific Ocean. Waterfalls, beaches, hiking, lei making, and float therapy will be offered.
This retreat is your pathway to holistic well-being, self-discovery, and an awakened life.
You will learn and be able to become certified in Reiki Level One (the self healing course), and you will learn Primordial Sound Meditation (PSM) from Susan, a certified Chopra Meditation Instructor.
(PSM calculates the vibration of the earth at the moment of your birth. Using your birthdate, birth place and time of your birth, Susan calculates your specific mantra which is the tone of the earth’s vibration when your soul came into this lifetime. That tone becomes your mantra to assist you with going deeply into your meditations.)
We will incorporate floating therapy, time at the beach, time to journal and a hike to a waterfall all as part of our time together. We will create together, from making leis to making a nourishing meal, making new friends, and making memories.

Investment: $795 per person. Airfare, hotel, airport transfers and dinners are not included. Lunch, snacks, infused waters and herbal teas are included.
Floating and Sound Healing: One Day Retreat
Floating
Imagine floating in a 91 degree salt water pool and melding into the water as you receive craniosacral therapy and reiki services. The deep relaxation offers a unique opportunity to release discomfort and rejuvenate the entire body.
Sound Therapy: Trinfinity 8 and Ascension 11
Fractals of sounds are delivered through headphones and crystals as you rest on a comfy inclined table. Trinfinity 8 music is chosen individually from healing protocols and modified for your needs. Ascension 11 music is chosen for a variety of emotional and/or spiritual goal such as “I am loved,” or “I am healed.”
Sessions occur within the hour of Reiki for an additional $30.
Sessions can also be done virtually for $30 by appointment.
